The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S.Case No. 54/2018, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 283 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner along with seven other accused persons is of indiscriminate firing on the informant, causing injury on the right leg of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and one of the co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28395 of 2018 and the petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned F.T.C.1st , Begusarai in connection with Barauni (FCI) P.S.Case No. 54 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 283 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

iii) Petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of trial and be present in Trial Court, as and when required by Trial Court, except showing genuine reasons, otherwise, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
