JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-11-2021 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 432 of 2019, dated 23.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the parents of coaccused/Guddu Kumar, who is said to have abducted the victim and also married her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that from the own showing of the informant, the victim girl is nineteen years of age.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16527 of 2020(3) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 During the course of argument, a document has been furnished by the counsel for the petitioner showing that the son of the petitioners has married the victim girl. The victim is of marriageable age.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court, vide order dated 04.10.2021, had called for the case diary and had granted provisional bail to the petitioners. Considering the facts afore-noted and there being nothing in the case diary to controvert the aforesaid submission, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners is, hereby, confirmed. They shall remain on the same bailbonds. The application stands allowed.
