2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 811 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 126(2), 115 (2),76, 303(2), 308(2), 352, 351(2) and 3 (5) of the BNS.
3. As per the allegation, these two petitioners along with 10 friends started assaulting the informant while the petitioners and others were armed with a sword, fighter etc. as as result of which Ashwini Kumar and Simran Kumari got injuries on hand and another parts of the body. It is alleged that these persons are not good and they all entered the house and

No.20105 of 2026(2) dt.08-04-2026 2/3 took ornaments, ladies purse, necessary documents and also gold chain from the informant as well as the petitioner no. 1 touched the body of the informant and tore her blouse and threatened to cause disturbances in the construction works of the house and if she wants to continue the construction work then an extortion money should be given.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a delay of 14 days in lodging the FIR and there is land dispute between the parties. Moreover, drawing the attention of this Court, Annexure-2 (Series), it has been submitted that the injuries on Ashwini Kumar and Simran Kumari are simple in nature and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There happens to be case and counter case between the parties as stated in para 6 of the petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each
