JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-02-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to restart the petitioner's PDS shop which has earlier been orally stopped only on the sole ground that the wife of the petitioner, Sheela Devi was an elected Mukhiya of Dihlahi Panchayat in the year 2006; and further to direct the respondents to make allotment to the petitioner's PDS shop immediately.

2 Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Rajeev Kumar Labh, states on instruction that the matter has now become infructuous and need not be pressed.
