The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.570 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 328, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
