Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 4.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12146 of 2018. While rejecting the prayer for bail the Court below was directed to expedite the trial. Unfortunately, till date the trial has not been concluded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the IO and the Doctor are yet to be examined.

In the peculiar facts of the case, the court below is directed to conclude the trial within three months from today. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after
