Patna High Court LPA No.1565 of 2016(8) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 application by the learned single Judge was not provided and the writ application was dismissed in limine. However, on deeper examination of the matter, it is apparent that the appellant has no case for any indulgence. The Tribunal has not found any material or evidence to show that she participated or she deliberately was kept out of the zone of consideration in the counselling and now she has also found employment as a regular teacher.

In view of the same, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned of the learned single Judge. Appeal is dismissed.
