JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2054, disclosing offences under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail, in view of the gravity of offence, there being allegation that the informant's son was kidnapped for ransom and after he returned, son has supported the fact that he was kidnapped.

This application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does
