JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Baisi PS Case No. 180 of 2017 registered under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner used to quarrel with his second wife and it is alleged that she was killed by poisoning.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that she used to remain ill and died a natural death, no injury was found on her person, the viscera was sent for examination and the FSL report received shows that no poisoning was detected in the viscera. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Shakeel @ Shakeel is directed to be be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Purnea in connection with Baisi PS Case No. 180 of 2017.
