The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the Nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondent No.4 to consider the case of the petitioner to be selected against class III post in subordinate courts within the State of Bihar and accordingly appoint him against the said post taking into the consideration that the petitioner claiming himself to be successful candidate in the final written test held on 15.10.17 against employment Notice No.1/2016." 2.
