2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is alleged to have fired upon the informant and other police personnel.

4. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents of similar and serious nature. The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2024.

5. Considering the gravity of offence and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
