JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Naugachia ( Mahila) P.S.Case No.3/14 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the family members of the husband of the informant. He further submits that the husband of the informant has already been granted regular bail by the court below itself. Hence, the petitioners also deserve bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39122 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in Naugachia (Mahila) P.S. Case No.3/14 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
