The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Arer P.S. Case No.210 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim disclosed that Ravish Kumar Sah with the help of the petitioners kidnapped his minor daughter for the purpose of marriage.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is father of Ravish Kumar Sah and petitioner No.2 is said to be the friend of Ravish Kumar Sah. Immediately after the occurrence, the informant visited the house of petitioner No.1 but did not find his daughter inside the house. In

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18817 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 fact, Ravish Kumar Sah fell in love with the victim and they fled away.

Having considered the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate 1st Class, Benipatti, District-Madhubani in connection with Arer P.S. Case No.210 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
