The petitioners seek bail in connection with Buxar Nagar P.S. Case No.591 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, two girls left for coaching but they did not return. They are said to have been abducted by one Manish Kumar and Mukesh Kumar. One of the abducted girl has said that she had eloped with the petitioner and got married with him in Asansol (West Bengal). 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
