20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. No one appears on behalf of the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 58/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while he along with co-accused Md. Tanbir was moving on motorcycle in question which is said to be stolen motorcycle, they were intercepted by police. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with the present case for the last one year five months and that the co-accused Md. Tanbir has been granted bail by the learned co-ordinate Bench

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51955 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 3213/2018 vide order dated 16.02.2018.

In the aforesaid view of the matter where the coaccused is said to have been granted regular bail by the learned coordinate Bench of this court, this court would direct release of the above-named petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - 7th, Bhagalpur, in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Rajeev/- U T
