The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hulusganj P.S. Case No. 111 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against these two petitioners which is evident from perusal of the First Information Report itself. Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the fact that there is nothing on record in the FIR to implicate the

No.39186 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 petitioner in the present case, let the petitioners above named , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Hulusganj P.S. Case No. 111 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
