By the order dated 12.03.2015, the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, Patna has directed that the application filed by the petitioner for enhancement of interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act shall be considered at the time of hearing of the matrimonial case finally. 3.

From perusal of the order-sheet, it appears that the court below has also heard the matter in part. 4.

In view of the above fact, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to press before the court below for expeditious disposal of the suit. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U brajesh/-
