JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner is accused in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the Fradbeyan of informant, Hari Mandal, Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019 was instituted on 15.06.2019 against unknown regarding theft of his motorcycle from the campus of his landlord, Mithesesh Prasad but in course of investigation, petitioner has been implicated in the present case mere on suspicion, as this petitioner and Md. Samsul Haque @ Sher Khan have commited theft of motorcycle after

In fact petitioner is accused in other cases, as detailed in paragraph 8 of the petition, due to that reason, he has been implicated in the present case and in the present case, he is in custody since 09.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
