This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 14127 of 2015 by which the Petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail and they have to surrender within a period of four weeks, but, since the order dated 26.5.2015 could not be brought into the notice of the Petitioners, he could not surrender in time, and, therefore, he seeks further four weeks time to surrender before the Court below.

Further four weeks time is extended to surrender the Petitioners in the Court below.

The modification application stands allowed.

The Petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- in the District Legal Aid Committee, Saran at Chapra. Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31159 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014, through FAX at the cost of the Petitioners.
