In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. reported in (2017) 5 SCC 387, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to take final decision in the matter of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh (supra) within a maximum period of sixty days
