2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 18.12.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 386 of 2017 for the offence alleged under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 27.04.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 24677 of 2018.
3. Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in jail custody.
