2. The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 14.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 78581 of 2024. The petitioner in that bail application did not mentions his criminal antecedent in paragraph-3 of the application and it was observed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner that before accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the learned Court below shall verify his criminal antecedent and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admitted the fact that the petitioner was remanded in those cases but he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19435 of 2025(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 submits that due to mistake of deponent, those cases could not been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail application.

4. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not acceptable and it appears that the petitioner has deliberately and knowingly conceal his criminal antecedent in paragraph-3 of the bail application.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I do not find any merit in the application, accordingly, this application is dismissed.
