The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 354 of 2017, a case under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have caused injury with Garasa over the head of Gunjan Kumar.

Submission is that doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.61537 of 2017 (4) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) Police Station Case No. 354 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
