This application for regular bail arises out of Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2019. The allegation relates to theft of a motorcycle. The petitioner has criminal antecedent, inasmuch as, there are eight cases other than the present one in which the petitioner has been implicated. However, considering the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2019 in a matter disclosing offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16200 of 2020(7) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019.

It is, however, indicated that if, according to the prosecution, the petitioner is committing criminal offences while on bail in other cases, the prosecution has the liberty to apply for cancellation of bail in such cases in which he has been granted bail.

It is directed that defects in the application pointed out by the Registry must be removed within two months from today. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U T
