This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, CRI No. 1036 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2019. The F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The matter relates to theft of motorcycle of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the motorcycle has not been recovered from the petitioner's possession and he has been remanded in the present case, when he was in custody in some other cases on the basis of unconfirmed reports of the local

I have perused the case diary, which was called for. Considering the fact, that the petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2019, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, CRI No. 1036 of 2019.
