On account of missing of Mamta Kumari, a minor, informant her father suspected against the petitioner. From Annexure-2 statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. victim had not alleged against the petitioner to have enticed her away. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 15.10.2017.
