The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017, registered under Section 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Patna.

The accusation is that on 09.05.2017 at about 10.30 A.M. the informant was going to see the Barat. In the way, he received firearm injury in his left leg from behind, then he fell down. Thereafter, he also received fire arm injury on his right leg, too. When informant saw back then he found

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
