The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, it is a case of murder of one Sabana Khaton who happens to be the wife of co-accused Manjoor Ali. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18730 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 407 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
