This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 298 of 2012, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 384, 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the final form submitted by the Police on completion of investigation against the petitioner under Sections 323, 384, 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, from which it appears that the petitioner is on Police bail. It goes without saying that if the petitioner appears before the court below, as and when required, the court shall consider petitioner's anticipatory bail in terms of decision of this
