Patna High Court CWJC No.5108 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/3 and its consequential benefits (c) PPO and GPF No.202211151190 after payment of dues salary and calculating with adding 03 years, 05 days of service period (d) Revised PPO and GPO after payment of Ist ACP and its consequential benefits as per detail representation, dated 31.10.2023 (Annexure-3) to this writ petition.
(ii) For direction to the Respondent No.02 The Principal Accountant General (A & E) Bihar, Patna to issuance of revised PPO and GPO No.2022 1115 1190 on the basis of total length of service i.e. 17 years 06 month and 21 days and etc."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Arwal i.e. the respondent no. 5, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Arwal i.e. the respondent no. 5, by filing fresh representation, within a period of two
Patna High Court CWJC No.5108 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 3/3 weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter, and in case any outstanding dues are found payable, the same shall also be paid within the same time frame.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
