This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Suryagarha Police Station Case No. 274 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 20 bottles (750 ML each) of foreign liquor has been recovered from the tempoo of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2022 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IVth-cum-Special Judge, Excise
