Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is specifically alleged that petitioners and others surrounded the informant and assaulted by means of lathi and danda when co-accused Bhola Kumar @ Bhullu(non-petitioner) fired from his pistol to the informant causing injury on abdomen and thereafter petitioner No. 2 took away Tabiz from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation of assault is specific against Bhola Kumar @ Bhullu who is not petitioner before this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34762 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
