Just within a month of her marriage, petitioner, a widow mother-in-law and husband eliminated the deceased. After arrival of the informant, her father found smell of Kerosene Oil without having presence of petitioner as well as husband. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner happens to be mother-in-law. Husband is under custody, therefore, she be allowed bail.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of the offence, prayer for bail is rejected.
