Petitioners being parents, brothers and brother's wife of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and there is omnibus and general accusation against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31398 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
