JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.06.2019, passed in CWJC No.12849 of 2019, the Circle Officer, Bihta has already passed an order wherein he has recommended for cancellation of jamabandi in question.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law for
Patna High Court MJC No.918 of 2020(5) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 redressal of her subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
