2. The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of the order dated 22.03.2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35142 of 2020 and further seeking extension of time for surrender and furnishing of bail bond.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender within the time stipulated in the earlier order and, therefore, prays for grant of further time for the said purpose.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25833 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 petition, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioners are granted further time of four (04) weeks from today to surrender before the court concerned and furnish bail bond in terms of the order dated 22.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35142 of 2020.

5. The order dated 22.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35142 of 2020 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
