ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed bail by the order of this Court dated 25.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 7145 of 2015. Considering that the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to immediately surrender in the Court below which shall consider that the Petitioner was found fit to be released on anticipatory bail by this Court pass necessary orders.
