ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2023 Both the counsels have agreed for setting aside the impugned order and remanding the matter back to the authority concerned for re-verifying the entire issue. More particularly, taking into consideration the death certificate of the father of the petitioner and the application made by the father of the petitioner at the time of applying for the PDS licence and any other relevant materials to show the correct death of birth of the father of the petitioner.

2. Having regard to the same, the impugned order is set aside and the matter remanded back to the authority concerned for verifying the documents submitted by the petitioner and also verify the date of birth of the deceased father

Patna High Court CWJC No.4684 of 2023(7) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 of the petitioner made in the application filed at the time of granting PDS licence. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
