Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Palasi P. S. Case No. 1 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in all the cases, has produced the order dated 07.12.2021 passed by the District Agriculture Officer, Araria by which the licence of the petitioners have been restored.

Considered the facts of these cases.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P. S. Case No. 1 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shakir/- U T
