JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Since there is already a succession certificate in favour of the petitioner, a copy of which is annexed as Annexure - 2 and the certificate itself is Annexure - 3, the erstwhile Electricity Board and now South Bihar Power Distribution Company is directed to release the claim of the erstwhile employee in favour of the present petitioner. If there are any other claim, they may claim the same from her and the Power Distribution Company would stand identified with regard to the said claim. The payment must be done within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this order.
