No. 71575 of 2018 by which petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail, but petitioner no. 3 did not surrender before the Court below due to illness and as such, he could not be released on bail.

Considering the reasons as stated in the application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioner, let the time to surrender of the petitioner no. 3, Ajay Kumar Gupta, be further extended by four weeks' from today in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018 pending in the Court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17105 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 C.J.M., Aurangabad.

Accordingly, the order dated 18.12.2018 stands modified to the extent above. The modification application is disposed of.
