The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

In view of the fact that there is prima facie case against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail under the Excise Act. It is accordingly, dismissed.
