The petitioner seeks bail in Korha P.S. Case No. 471 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 62 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. No test identification parade has been held till date. Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19116 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 471 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 62 of 2022.
