JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2015 This application has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the first information report being Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

At the outset, it has been submitted that during pendency of the case, the police have already concluded the investigation and submitted their report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
