This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs/grievances:

(a) Grant of Family Pension of the Late Mother of the Petitioner Dr. Shashi Kala.

(b) Grant and release the funds of General Provident Fund in the account of the Late Mother of the petitioner. (c) Grant and release the funds of Earned Leave in the account of the late Mother of the petitioner. (d) The grant of amount against the Group Insurance

(e) For grant of Death-cum-Retiral Gratuity benefits of the late Mother of the petitioner.

(f) And for any other relief/reliefs that your lordships may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. Part of the reliefs/grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondent. For the remaining reliefs, the petitioner is directed to make/file a detail presentation before the competent authority who shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation and thereafter make necessary payments within a further period of two months from the date of passing of such order. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
