Having regard to the fact that the petitioner in this writ application prays for a direction for regularization of her service and that there is a finding of the authorities in the impugned order that there is no sanction post available for such regularization of the service of the petitioner, this Court will have no difficulty in coming to a conclusion that her such prayer cannot be allowed, inasmuch as, it is the settled position in law that regularization can be only be given if there be available vacant sanctioned post.

In that view of the matter, this Court would not interfere in the impugned order and this application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U
