Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 13 of 2000 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was granted bail on merit but on account of lack of pairvi his bail bond was cancelled on 2.6.2018. The petitioner is in custody since 6.1.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner was earlier granted bail on merit, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
