JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2022 Vide order dated 27.07.2022, the petition of petitioner no.2 has already been dismissed as withdrawn. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no.1 and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner no.1 is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 322, 333, 353, 337, 338, 325, 324 and 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of creating the hindrance in discharging the official duties by the petitioner and other accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19999 of 2022(3) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and petitioner no.1 has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, namely, Gopal Sah, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 187 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
