1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 406, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present criminal case has been filed against the petitioners on totally false allegations for the sole reason that the petitioner No.2 did not find the daughter of the informant as suitable and upon such refusal of marriage the false allegations of receiving an amount of Rupees One Lac and various articles as also demand of 10 Kathas land have been made. It is further submitted that the informant did not have sufficient means to have given the said amount and the entire allegations are baseless and concocted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37065 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioners (1) Md. Israfil and (2) Md. Niyaj in the event of arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No.319 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, subject to the other conditions as laid down in Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
