The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 151 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is lodged against unknown for theft of motorcycle of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to his criminal antecedent. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on the disclosure of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
